Billing Terms & Conditions

These Billing Terms and Conditions tell you how to handle payments, invoices, and other billing-related things when you buy something from ChicLiine.store.  You agree to these terms when you place an order.

 1. Ways to Pay

 We accept the following ways to pay:

 You have to pay for things right away.  We won't process your order until we have confirmed your payment.

 2. Correctness of Billing Information

 At checkout, customers must give full and correct billing information.  If the billing information is wrong, it could lead to:

 Canceling an order

 Refusal of payment

 3. Bills and Receipts

 You will get an email with your invoice or receipt after your order has been processed successfully.

 The invoice will have the order number, product details, price, shipping cost (if there is one), and taxes that were added.

 Please keep this invoice for your records.

 4. Taxes, fees, and other costs

 Prices are in US dollars unless otherwise noted.

 Depending on where you live, you may have to pay sales tax or customs duties.

 5. Problems with billing

 Give your order number and a full explanation of the problem.

 We will look into it and get back to you within five business days.

 6. Changes and refunds

 We send refunds for eligible returns back to the original payment method (PayPal or credit card) within 7 business days of getting and checking the returned item.

 You can't get your shipping fees back unless the return is because of a defect or our mistake.

 Refunds for canceled orders or billing mistakes will be handled in the right way.

 7. Stopping Fraud

 ChicLiine has the right to refuse or cancel any order that looks like it might be fraudulent or not allowed.
 When necessary, orders that are canceled because of fraud will be reported to the right authorities.
