This warranty only covers things bought directly from ChicLiine.store.
2. Things that the Warranty Doesn't Cover
This warranty does not include:
Normal wear and tear, like fading, shrinking, and pilling.
Damage that happens when something is used wrong, broken, changed, or not taken care of properly.
Items on clearance or final sale unless they are broken when they arrive.
Items bought from sellers who aren't authorized or from third-party marketplaces.
3. Solutions
If your item has a problem that is covered by this warranty, we will:
Fix the item,
If you can, replace it with the same or a similar item, or
Send the money back to the same payment method (PayPal or credit card).
4. How to File a Warranty Claim
Email contact@ChicLiine.store within 90 days of getting your order.
Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear pictures.
Before sending the item back, please wait for our instructions.
We will look into your claim and get back to you in five business days.
5. Shipping back items for warranty claims
If your claim is approved, we will either give you a prepaid return label or pay for your return shipping.
You will have to pay for return shipping if the claim is denied.
6. Limitation of Liability
ChicLiine is only responsible for the cost of the product under this warranty. We are not responsible for any damages that are not direct or that happen as a result of our actions.
